We get asked a lot of questions, so we have put together this page for our new patients to help them get some answers.

How much will it cost to?

We believe are treatment costs offer good value for money, please see our treatment costs section.

How quickly can I see somebody?

This depends on the length of time you need an appointment for, and how busy we are with appointments.

Some appointments are normally available within a few days, but longer appointments may need to be booked a few weeks ahead. If you are in pain we will see you as soon as possible.

Do I need to see a hygienist?

Gums (and the jaw bone beneath them) are like the foundations for your teeth and our hygienist is specially skilled at keeping them healthy. We always advise all our patients to have a series of hygiene appointments.

How much are dental implants?

It is very difficult to give an exact costing for implants as a number of factors effect the cost.

How much will it cost to replace all my teeth?

It is very difficult to give an exact costing as there are many different treatments to help give you a new smile. We offer a FOC treatment coordinator appointment to give you some information and chat about what we offer.

Can I pay over a period of time?

Depending on the treatment, we may ask for payment on the day but if it is a larger treatment we ask for a payment up front and the balance before completion.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept cash, cheque and debit/credit cards (A surcharge is added with American Express).

What happens if I forget/miss an appointment?

We are all very busy with modern life and forget appointments. We always ask to give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. Failing to do so will incur a payment to make your next appointment.
