Cherry Court Dental Care and Implant Clinic – Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment or receiving treatment at the Clinic, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you read this document carefully.
2. Dental Services
The Clinic is committed to providing high-quality dental care in accordance with current professional standards. All treatments and procedures will be explained before they are carried out, and patients are welcome to ask questions at any time.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Patients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation charge calculated at £1 per minute of the scheduled appointment time.
Repeated failure to attend or frequent short-notice cancellations may result in the patient being removed from the practice list (de-registered).
4. Late Arrival Policy
Patients are expected to arrive on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the Clinic may shorten, reschedule, or cancel the appointment. In such cases the appointment may be treated as a missed appointment and a cancellation fee may apply.
5. Illness and Cold Sore Policy
If you are feeling unwell (e.g., fever, cough, flu symptoms, vomiting, or other contagious illness), please contact the Clinic to rearrange your appointment.
If you have an active cold sore or believe one is developing, please inform the Clinic before attending, as treatment around the mouth may need to be postponed until it has healed.
6. Payments and Billing
A current price list is available upon request. The Clinic reserves the right to amend its fees at any time. Payment is due at the time of treatment unless a prior arrangement has been made. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfer.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
The Clinic is committed to protecting patient privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of personal and medical information in accordance with applicable laws. Information will only be shared with patient consent or where required by law.
8. Patient Responsibilities
Patients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their medical and dental history and must follow the post-treatment instructions provided by the dental team.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Clinic cannot be held responsible for complications resulting from failure to follow clinical advice or from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the patient.
10. Complaints Procedure
The Clinic aims to provide the highest standard of care. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment or service, please inform a member of staff so we can address the issue promptly.
